SAS-Sunrise (RIDE)
Date/Time: MONDAY to FRIDAY 5.55am
Length: 45mins
W/KG: 1-2-3 = 1.0 to 3.0 w/kg (We will aim for 2w/kg average on flats & 3.0 Max on hills)
SAS Crew: Colin, Gavin, David, Sharron, Tina, Peta, Kyle, Barry, Geoff & Lyle
Description: SAS-1-2-3 is a Social ride aimed at ‘Beginners & Spinners’, so that means you are either a new rider to Zwift and want to gain fitness in order to join in some of our Tues & Thurs night Races or You are already fit and would just like a morning Spin to recover from the day before. Either way you’ll enjoy this ride with loads of banter from the SAS Crew.
