Welcome to our (first) HIK Ladies Ride! This is a fun social ride and we will try to keep the pace between 2.0 and 2.5 w/kg on a mostly flat course. The course will be different each time so the max pace might vary too. We will aim to keep the group together and help each other if needed, so please follow the ride leaders instructions.
