Come and join Team CLS CC at 18:50 for our weekly Chill 'n' Spin Sunday Ride.
The ride is aimed at spinning out those tired legs and just having a relaxing 45 minutes to burn off a few extra calories. Please use Tag - (CLS) after your Surname to help us identify riders.
We ride at 1.8 to 2.0 w/kg on the flats spinning at 80 to 90 cadence and switch to 2.5 w/kg max on the climbs at 55 to 65 rpm to stretch the legs.
A lot of us work hard on our other rides both on Zwift and In Real Life and this is a chance to enjoy a friendly group ride. This is also a fantastic ride if you are either new to Zwift or recovering from injury, as it places very little strain on the body and is a relatively short session.
Come and join us, it would be great to meet some new people and welcome them to our group. We run a Facebook Group - Team CLS CC which we encourage people to follow for news and other group ride info and events. It is also a great place to ask any questions you may have about Zwift and we will do our best to answer them for you.
