EVENT-BESCHREIBUNG
TTR group ride is a regular training ride designed for entry to mid level riders. Lead by a group of experienced cyclists, the ride will be held every Tuesday and Thursday on 20:20 (UCT+8) and 20:15 (UCT+8). Wednesday at 20:20(UCT+8) is the group ride for entry level riders. Each ride will be focusing on different and fitness skills. We will provide step by step pace to increase your strength and endurance.
