These rides will be weekly from 1st December to 23rd February. They will be consistently paced group rides at around 2w/kg with the last lap (or last 2 laps on Richmond Flat) being race laps. The Fence will be in operation until the start of the race lap. Riders who start the race lap more than a 1 sec ahead of the leader will be disqualified from the race result.
