DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
This is a Zwift Academy Climb Workout. The group will stay together at a 2.2 w/kg pace. At the start of each climb, we'll keep a steady pace up, at around 80% of FTP (rate of perceived excertion of 8 of 10- 10 is hardest). Take it easy once they reach the QOM banner to regroup, then climb together the last small steep hill and recover going down hill. For an optional challenge, ask riders to go as hars as they can up the little climb after the QOM banner the second time around. Cood down for remainder.
