Whether it’s the thigh popping Sprints in Richmond or Monkey hunting in the Jungle this ride is all about sprint work, and teamwork!
Stick to the ride leader, and follow his commands at all times (you don’t want to be that guy who wins a groupride!)
Pace of the ride starts at 2.2w/kg and builds up to 3.0w/kg with a few Sprints thrown in for good measure!
