DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
The ZHR Training Rides are group rides with a difference, adding a training component to the standard tempo group ride while making it more challenging and fun. There will also be an optional race at the end. Think of it as coaching…but in disguise!

Use power-ups as much as you want, especially on the later laps! If you are way ahead, that's ok but please slow down and regroup - the leader won't be picking up speed to chase you; this is a group training ride with a training purpose, so let's support each other in improving by sticking together.
