DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
Sunday morning Pretzels are becoming an MGCC Zwift tradition. Join the group as we tackle either Watopia's Pretzel or London's pretzel, depending on the map. Sometimes for variety we will do 100 km on the flat routes instead.
Pace: We'll go at a steady pace on the flats, and hit the big climbs a little harder. We'll do our best to regroup at the top of the climbs, depending on the mood of the group.
Pace: Steady aerobic on the flats 2.5-3.0 W/kg, then on the hills we will increase the pace to a bit above threshold (typically 3.5-4.5 W/kg). The group may break-up on the climbs, but try to hang on to a wheel with similar ability.
A: 4.0 W/kg FTP or higher
B: 3.2 W/kg to 3.99 W/kg FTP
C: 2.5 W/kg to 3.19 W/kg FTP
D: Under 2.49 W/kg FTP (This is not a beginner ride, but D riders are welcome to join)
