DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
Come and join GC Coaching for a Thanksgiving pre-feast ride. We will be doing 2 laps of the Watopia Hilly route. The first lap will serve as a warm-up lap (<2.5 w/kg) and we will all try to keep together. For lap 2, we will be upping the intensity and going for the KOM jersey and Sprint jerseys. We will regroup after each jersey attempt, and in between keep it at 2.5 w/kg. For the finale, and big calorie burn, we will be going for the Epic KOM jersey up Watopia Mountain Forward! Come join us and get your Thanksgiving Day metabolism turned up!
