Welcome to the 2020 Absa Cape Epic Workout Series! Curated by 5-time Cape Epic Champion Annika Langvad, these workouts are tailored for mountain bikers to prepare for tough races, like the Cape Epic.
These workouts are tough and will challenge you. Bring your ‘A’ game. Some of the Workouts may have you struggling to finish, but don;t worry, that's part of getting stronger.
The Absa Cape Epic Workout Series includes 12 workouts that take place over six weeks. All in, the program consists of two Zwift sessions per week. If you’re looking to utilize these training sessions for an upcoming race, make sure to keep up with your outdoor sessions too, because maintaining your technical skills is critical.
