DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
Every other week Coach Kirsten at WeTri Women leads you through a women's specific workout to help you build strength on the bike.
About this workout:
This workout will help you build strength while not creating too much fatigue on your system. Women especially benefit greatly from big ring intervals strength training because of the way we build muscle. These intervals have rest spin in between in order to keep the fatigue down.
Coach Kirsten will guide you through what to focus on during the session. She will explain how to do these kinds of intervals to get stronger.
This workout is excellent for all level athletes.
Coach Kirsten Lewis is the founder and head coach of WeTri Elite Racing the WeTri Women's Team, a USAT Coach (and athlete) who is dedicated to supporting women in their journey to become stronger and realize their personal awesomeness.

ABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS
Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That's right, if you're outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. Only if you stop pedaling and fall 6 meters behind the group will the rubber-banding stop.
HELPFUL HINT
We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
