Whether you are recovering from a race or preparing for a weekend event, the W/KG ‘2 for 1’ is the perfect morning leg loosener!
Join us for 1 hour every Thursday morning for a controlled social ride around the flat Watopia course (Zwift schedule permitting). The ride leader will look to hold 2.0 w/kg throughout the 1 hour long ride but will be happy to help anyone that has been detached from the back of the group.
Please tag your Zwift name with ‘2FOR1’. For example ‘Marcus Neil 2FOR1’
