TABATA session to really get your juices flowing.
3 sets of 20 seconds on @ 120% FTP with 10 seconds rest (10 reps per set)
These are NOT easy group rides, expect the group to splinter (although we try to regroup if we can during the recovery in between sets.)

Category D will be the channel in use.
For the best experience - set your smart trainer to 0% - that way you can simply focus on your watts and not not worry about terrain fluctuations.
