Zwift Easy Riders (Bikes, Trikes & Handbikes) New to Zwift, Totally new to Cycling or just a little out of shape,maybe you are just naturally Slow or recovering from an injury? Join Kirk on the quest to a 1000 base fitness miles ride. It is an excellent fitness builder and a fun ride to boot. We will not complete it in 45 min. but it will help us to our goal of 1000 miles by April 31!
