Welcome to Zwift Fitness
Please join us for our hilly event of the week for approximately 70 mins riding at an avg pace between 1.5-2.2wkg
Our aim at ZF is to HAVE FUN, so please interact during the ride, it makes for a much better experience for everyone.
We kindly ask you don’t use a TT bike, the lack of draft within the group will affect the bunch from staying together.
You must watch the leader's position on the climbs, the leader will aim for 2.5wkg on climbs and 1.5-2.0wkg on the flat roads. Please adjust your riding to stay with the leader when climbing. Riding off the front only spoils the experience for everyone.
This ride is aimed at Cat D riders looking to improve their level. We ride as a tight group; less stronger riders are encouraged to stay with the main group and use the draft effect.
