DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
While we love to go hard and push each other, we all need a throttle back once in a while. This Thursday is the day. In fact, every Thursday for the rest of the season will be that day. The max w/kg will top out at 2.5 after the initial warm-up. The leader will call out pace changes to everybody can work cohesively as a group. As always, the goal is a fun social ride so break out that joke book (keep it clean please) and let the Dad jokes fly! With a little more time to breath, you might also want to add a little sock doping to the mix.
