DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Welcome to the Overseal Cycling Club Pain Train for anyone wanting a varied, high intensity training session. We will include Hill efforts, sprints, and intervals of various lengths/efforts, with recovery in between. The format will vary from week to week to keep things interesting. The overall ride will be at an average pace of approx 3.0 - 3.5 w/kg but please be aware that some efforts will be higher than this. Please respect the pace of the ride and ride leaders instructions, and add the OCC tag to your name for easy identification during the ride.
