This is a tempo ride at 2.0-3.5 W/kg.
Lap 1 is easy at 2.0 w/kg.
Lap 2 is 2.5 w/kg
Lap 3 is 3.0 w/kg
Lap 4 is RACE LAP, HOLD WHAT YOU CAN DO!
Only results will be given to riders who are with the group ride leader peloton.
