EVENT DESCRIPTION
- This is a FUN and HARD ride led by Team MPI (www.TeamMPI.comOpens a new window) in Watopia on the Hilly Loop. We will do 3 total loops. The first loop will be MODERATE effort targeting around 2.5 w/kg. The second loop will be ALL OUT shooting for your individual PR! We will then regroup for a MOD final loop targeting once again around 2.5 w/kg.
- You can't go wrong by staying close to the leader, especially on the first and third loop. This is a great ride to push yourself while still being in a group for the warm up and cool down sections of the ride.
- The pace will be 2.5-3 w/kg for laps 1 and 3 and ALL OUT for lap #2.
- Total distance will be a bit over 27.3km / 17.1miles
-The ride kit "ZWIFT Vintage 1" will be automatically set for your jersey. Feel free to put "TEAM MPI" after your name to also help identify each other as part of the ride.
