EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join us the training ride at a pace from 1.8 w/kg to 20 w/kg (D) or 2.3 to
2.7 w/kg (C) which will build up pace with each lap towards the sprint.
This is a great opportunity to improve your lead out and sprinting ability.
The goal is to work together for the entire ride and improving your power
and resilience. After the end of the regular ride, we will continue for a
30 minute after party ride to warm down and swap training notes.
