EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join us and work on your endurance and Power output at your aerobic threshold (AT). No matter what category you are, you will work together with other riders to stay in Zone 2. It is advised to lower your weight or add weight as needed to sustain the effort throughout the entire ride. The exercise will give you endurance and increased performance using fat as energy. A well-developed AT can give you better performance in race and more and longer effect before your body uses glycogen stores.
As a gruppetto you are better off working together as a team. Remember this when you approach bumps along the way.
So find your graph and paint it blue. Give the body a good foundation for Zwift racing.
One thing to note unlike previous weeks there will be no sprints within the ride however the pace will slowly increase after lap 2 and there will still be a race finish. As always see you all out there!
