Welcome to L'Equipe Camp! Our goal is simple, sweat together, stay together, share together. Each group ride is meant to build on your daily and longterm riding goals. Like and say hi on our Facebook Page.

The Ride: These 60 minute Monday Moaning rides are challenging, but not insane. Inspired by pre-dawn park laps while living in Brooklyn, Berlin and Paris, having a group waiting for you is the best motivation to get out of bed and start your week!
Warmup- 5 minutes 1.5-2 w/kg
Steady- 15 minutes 2.5 w/kg
Recover/Regroup- 5 minutes 1.5-2 w/kg
Push It- 10 minutes 3-3.5 w/kg
Recover/Regroup- 5 minutes 1.5-2 w/kg
No Moaning!- 5 minutes 4.0 w/kg
Recover/Regroup- 10 minutes 2.5 w/kg
Cooldown- 5 minutes 1.5-2 w/kg
Time for Coffee!
ABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS
Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That's right, if you're outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. Only if you stop pedaling and fall 6 meters behind the group will the rubber-banding stop.
HELPFUL HINT
We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
