EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Long Ride Weekend is coming up! Lead by Maximus Athlete’s Shop Cafe, this short ride preps the body for a longer, harder workout with emphasis on low gear, high cadence riding at a moderate intensity, punctuated by a few jumps at specific segments to fire up the fast twitch muscles without overly fatiguing the rider.
