Welcome to the weekly 4Endurance Interval group ride brought to you by VirtuSlo. This is a fun social group ride with the aim of tackling those hard workouts you always struggle to finish on your own.
Come along and ride with our leader (yellow beacon) on various courses and do your best to stick with the plan for a full hour. This is a group ride so please respect the pace and instructions set by the leader. Mini race might be organised on the last part of the ride.
You can choose between C 2.5W/kg avg and D 2.0W/kg avg with occasional intervals way above average pace.
This is NOT a no drop ride. If you fall behind, use »late-join« option in the first 30 minutes of the ride or continue following the leader's instructions at your own pace.

Wednesday: VirtuSlo 4Endurance Interval Ride (18:30 CET)
Thursday: Team Time Trial (starts 19:00 to 20:00 CET) or Rest Day
Friday: VirtuSlo 4Endurance Steady Ride - 90 mins (18:30 CET)
Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday: VirtuSlo 4Endurance League/Racing (18:00 CET)
