DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
Suitable for A & B riders as a base session. These are no sweep rides.
All rides will have a 3 min warmup - that is all so arrive warm and ready.
Examples of the drills are – 30 mins of 120% for 40 seconds and 20 seconds rest
30 mins of 5 mins at 110% into 140% for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest
All rides will have a 2 minute warm downs at the end.
All sessions will be 35 mins in total length and will be 30 mins of interval training.
This is an Innovation Cycling Training Ride Event – all riders are welcome. These events are put together to push you further than before, if you are feeling fresh hop on the front, if you need rest surf the draft. This training ride is part of the INC RELENTLESS training rides that happen daily with each day focusing on a different area of improvement.
