An hour of training has never gone faster with the Sportive Breaks Pub Quiz Ride. An expert training session combined with a social pub quiz & great tunes. Join us every Tuesday after work for a workout for both the legs & mind...
The Pub Quiz:
Five rounds of ten questions, fastest finger first. You will score two points for being first with a right answer and minus one for an incorrect guess. Prize available to the top scorer IF they also complete the workout (9/9 stars). You must be in Sportive Breaks Strava Club & post your workout results for a chance to win.

The Training Session:
This workout has been designed by Matt Rowe from Rowe & King to help develop your endurance & keep you fit. This is a "keeping the chain tight" style workout.
This session will help you improve your sustained power on the flats which is important to be able to stay with fast moving bunches without expanding too much energy.
Erg mode is recommended.
