DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
OFF-SEASON TRAINING RIDE PRESENTED BY DENO'S WONDER WHEEL recommended for "B" or "C" level Zwifters: 3 Laps of Watopia Forward Flat course or 5 London flat laps...it will feel just like you jumped on to a fast-moving pack in Brooklyn's Prospect Park. It's a great warm-up for your Deno's Wonder Wheel Race Day Saturday. We will warm-up at 2.4 w/kg max, then increase the pace by 0.2w/kg every 3-5 km, up to 4w/kg as riders hit their max watts and "go for the win" over the final 3k. We regroup after sprints & hills and encourage riders to hang on to the ever-increasing pace as long as they can - or to come back next week and try again. Trash talk allowed!
