INC RELENTLESS 5 minute power 7 x 5mins at 5.0w/kg
Description: 5 x 7 minute efforts at 5.0w/kg at the front (less power required if you hide mid-pack) with 3 minute recovery between sets followed by 40 minutes at 3.5w/kg – no warm-up in the session to be warm and ready to hit it hard from the off...
