DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
The kick-off to our week of group rides. Tempo(ish) Tuesday is a 60 minute group ride averaging 2.8 watts per kilo. We’ll start with a warm-up at 2.0 w/kg and slowly increase to 3.0 w/kg in the first 15min. Finishing the ride with an overall average as close to 2.8 w/kg as we can. Sprints are encouraged, yet optional. Please soft pedal immediately after the finish line to regroup. The goal is faster and farther together!
EtobicokeCC is a social club on bikes. Chat with the other riders, encourage one another, dole out the Ride Ons, have fun.
