TTR BOOSTER is a bi-weekly ride designed for entry-level riders to boost their strength so to keep up the most group ride or race.
A cat D level ride with 45 minutes of training focusing on basic strength i.e. ramp or O/U.
The average pace will be about 2.0-2.5W/KG, perfect for beginners or recovery.

Of Course, all level riders are welcome!
