EVENT DESCRIPTION
IntervalZ with ODivaZ is a training interval ride brought to you by the ladies of TeamODZ. Please follow the leader for guided training with the following profile:
Warm up 15 mins
8 x (30secs 200% FTP / 4min30 50% FTP)
Warm down / finish off ride at 50-60% FTP
