EVENT DESCRIPTION
Did you ride a little too long on the weekend or race hard Monday, then a Tuesday “Rehab” Ride is the perfect chance for you to get back on the bike and enjoy cruising around Zwift’s streets with a great group of people.
This ride is all about recovery and not racing, you can also use it as a warm up (help sweeping off the back) or a warm down once you have finished racing.
