Hello Friday! Celebrate the end of the work week with a quick 5K. Walk it, run it or race it. You are welcome to run at your own pace (AYOP). It’s up to you!
Epic Run Crew is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We were founded as an in-person club in 2021 and then joined Zwift in June 2022.

Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
