Welcome to the Evolution Cycling Club [EVO] Cat C+ ride. These rides are geared towards riders that are looking for a higher Cat C+ ride where the group average will end up between 3- 3.2 W/kg, depending on riders weight. We will do ramps and intervals up to 4,5 W/kg for shorter period of time and up to 3,5 for 5-15 min. The group is based upon high social interaction so bring your best banter. Use the mobile app or a keyboard to communicate in-ride.
The event will be 60-90 minutes depending on the ride leader.
