DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
Welcome to the March ZRacing Monthly Series!
This month’s series brings us to London for 4 stages of fast racing throughout the U.K.’s capital city. Stage 4a kicks off March 27 - April 2 with the London lead-in section, where you’ll roll along the embankment, up Whitehall, and finish on The Mall. Get ready to give it some gas—only two stages left!
Complete all four stages, including a special two-part race in the final stage, in this month’s series to pick up the “Race London” badge for your trophy case.
Signing up is easy. Just pair your devices and race! Find your results at www.zwiftpower.comOpens a new window.
Stage 4a:
Dates: Mar 27 - Apr 2
World: London
Route: London Lead-In*
Distance: 5.64 km
Elevation: 32 m
Category enforcement will place you in a race category with riders of similar ability for these events. More info about category enforcement can be found below.
We love PowerUps and what they bring to racing, but for this race, you’ll be racing “old school” style—aka, with no PowerUps.
RACE LONDON GC - Compete in all 5 races (including stages 4a and 4b) during March as a general classification (GC) and shoot for your best combined time over the month! You can improve your time for any event by racing it more than once if you want to try again. Only your best time will count towards your overall standing.
So settle in for the month, turn racing into a weekly habit, and track your overall position in the series week by week here - [ZwiftPower Link].
WHAT IS CATEGORY ENFORCEMENT?
Category enforcement prevents Zwifters from entering a category they are not eligible for. Our goal is to increase fairness in racing. Find more information about it here.
HOW DOES IT WORK? - Zwift checks a racer's past performance using VO2max, MAP value, and FTP to determine their race category. Racers can join a category at or above their category. For example, if you are in the "C" category, you can race in C, B, or A category. But you can’t race in the D category. Good luck Zwifters!
