Welcome to our Melbourne Hustle session! Every week, a different interval session with a few hot laps to keep you entertained while also getting stronger!
Please note that this ride will involve variations in pace as the group builds up speed through different laps and then goes through periods of resting/recovery. If you are looking for a challenge or just a very good interval and tempo session then this is the ride for you! Average for this ride will be within Category C (2.5-3.2 w/kg) but it may vary based upon course/leader.
