EVENT DESCRIPTION
Created by Matt Rowe, from Rowe & King, this Sweet Spot Training is regarded as providing the optimal balance of difficulty (intensity) and amount (volume).

About the session:
There are 4 blocks of Sweetspot at 88% of FTP, with a 15 second surge at 120% of FTP ever minute.
Session details:
Warmup:
• 10-minutes
Recovery:
• 4-minutes
Repeat 6 times:
• 1-minutes @ 88% FTP
• 15 second “spike” @ 120%
Recovery:
• 4-minutes
Repeat above 3 more times
Cool down:
• 5-minutes @ Zone 1
Safety Note:
Only undertake vigorous exercise if you are fit and healthy to do so. If you are at all unsure, consult a Physician or Doctor first. All training equipment including Bikes and Turbo trainers should be in full working order. Do not use any piece of equipment that does not come up to the required standard.
