EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join the Movistar Team and guest ride leaders as we cruise and throw in some intervals for a good session.
Interval structure:
10' a 2.0w/kg Warming up
05’ a 3.0w/kg Interval I
10’ a 2.5w/kg Recovery I
05’ a 3.5w/kg Interval II
10’ a 3.0w/kg Recovery II
05’ a 4.0w/kg Interval III
10’ a 3.0w/kg Cooling down / Free ride
The Movistar team will lead weekly rides with different team riders joining each week. Hop on your indoor bike, jump into a group ride and get to know the riders better.
You’ll be put aboard the Movistar Team Edition Canyon Aeroad and will be wearing the team kit for the full experience.
