Welcome to the Park to Peak Race!

This month's race will start in Central Park and finish at the top of the Sky Loop KOM.

Course Preview
This race starts flat before climbing for 600m up to the Sky Loop above central park. There is a 1650m flat stretch on the Sky Loop before turning onto the KOM road and continuing to climb for the last 1200m up to the Peak of NYC course.

The in-game messaging will suggest when and what % grade to manually increase or decrease your treadmill for each segment. It will NOT match the course profile in the upper right hand corner. All you have to do is follow along with the messages on screen, we will guide you through it.

Join the A group to follow the incline messaging to get the full experience and complete this hill top race. The Grade of each segment will be different with the steepest pitches reaching 6% and 7%, which means you will have to slow your treadmill speed before starting the hill sections. There will be cues on when to slow your treadmill down to account for the upcoming hills.

Join the B group if you want to race but don't feel like messing with the treadmill grade.

RULES
There are two designated groups for this race:

A Group is committed to follow the Incline messaging. (Only sign up for this group if you are going to follow the suggested treadmill grade according to the in-game messaging.)

B Group Optional. (This group can choose if they want to follow the messaging, but likely will just run flat or try some of the hills.)
