Hello and Welcome to The Black Cyclists Network Steady Ride. We will ride at a 1.5-2Watt/KG pace, led by BCN ride leader Greg Patmore. All rider categories are welcome to join us.

Flyer Fence will be active, we ask that if you take part that you keep to the advertised pace.
In the unlikely event where splits occur the captains shall stay with the main group.
If you are struggling we suggest slowing to group up with other riders and spontaneously form your own group. Please inform the leaders and sweepers we will do our best to drop back and help, but please don’t ride solo.
This is a relaxed ride and thus we encourage banter between all riders.
We do ask if you have an issue with someone please discuss the matter privately and preferably away from the event. This is a social fun ride for all to enjoy. This isn’t a race, there’s no prize if you finish ahead of everyone else.

Show your support to the other riders and give plenty of Ride Ons during the event, this will also accelerate the earning of drops for your teammates.
