Your journey to the top step starts in your living room. AusCycling invites you to test yourself against the best.

Our baseline test takes place on the Legends and Lava course. You will test your legs on three major segments, Titans Grove KOM a punchy 900m climb, Watopia Sprint Forward a 400m acceleration and Volcano KOM a 3.7km climb. As with any test or race, ensure you are appropriately warmed up and motivated.

The test requires maximum commitment - its your time to shine.

As you fade through the segments, use your gears to reduce the resistance and maintain your cadence, aiming for 90-100rpm for all segments. Finish the segments completely spent, you can roll the legs out between the segments.
