EVENT DESCRIPTION
Warm up at a pace under 2.0w/kg for the first 10 minutes. The pace will then be between 2.3 and 2.8 w/kg on the flat sections and 3.0 and 4.0 w/kg on the climbs. The hot section will be the last 3 miles.
