A fun morning ride to get the legs turning for the week. Enjoy being part of a group and riding to your ability. The ride is generally led by ex Pro Tour rider and double Olympian Tim Gudsell, or one of Ventouro’s great crew.

The ride starts steady and moderate pace most around the flat streets of London (2-2.5w/kg) no need to load up the watts more than 100w. There will be a fence on just after the start so please respect it. It comes off after 14km.
It starts climbing at KM 13. With 5km up hill and the last 2km being the steepest. Then a fast run down to the finish.
It will split on the hill, so you can go for gold to the finish, or keep it in zone and make your way up at a steady pace. Enjoy!
