This race is brought to you by Forte Coaching and Commonwealth Games silver medalist Jon Mould.
The races will be competitive across all categories designed to help you practice different tactics and improve your racing. You will race hard so don't be disheartened if your new tactic doesn't pay off there is always next week! The finish is at the Sprint point so be ready to complete 3 full laps after your first time crossing the line.
