EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is a medium paced, fun ride at the bottom to middle of the C category. It is not a race, but there will be times we can have a go at the Sprints or KOM’s for bit of fun. The average speed for the ride is aprx 32kph and the average watts/kilo is 2.0 to 2.4 each week, although the nature of the courses can cause this to vary. We aim for a steady ride with moments for recovery after crunch moments.
