ABOUT ONGOING TRAINING
Every week we drop a fresh, coach-built workout designed to fit naturally into an athlete’s real training rhythm. These aren’t static repeats. Sessions ebb and flow with the broader race season, shifting from early-season durability to midseason sharpening and late-season precision.
You can expect structure, intention, and just enough sting to make you better. Some Tuesdays bring controlled work, others bring a bit of fire, but every session has a purpose. TT bikes are allowed and Draft is enabled.
If you’re looking for a consistent weekly touchpoint that actually fits into a periodized training plan, this is it.

WORKOUT DESIGNER
All sessions are created by Dave D’Abrosca, owner and head coach of Power2Tri Endurance Coaching. Dave is a USAT Level II Long Course and Ironman Certified Coach with decades of experience guiding athletes through hundreds of races across triathlon, long course, XTERRA, gravel, MTB, and running events up to ultra distance.
Dave leads most sessions and designs each workout to support athletes who want structure, accountability, and high quality training that complements their real world goals.
