This is session is a taster of what is available if you subscribe to Vekta’s 24-week L’Étape du Tour de France training plan. Created by Loïc Ruffaut, who has both raced and coached athletes for L’Étape du Tour de France, this tructured training session is a sample from Vekta’s L’Étape du Tour de France Adaptive Plan.
