Welcome to USMeS - Force Development - Late - 2.2 - 2.8w/kg
This is a spicier C ride designed to build power, test your legs, and keep the group together. Expect controlled intensity, climbs that push you, and spots to spice things up and make the ride more fun.
✅ Pace: an average of 2.2–2.8 w/kg
✅ Duration: 60 minutes
We aim for an overall ~2.5 w/kg average, we do push on climbs, and when the pace lifts, go for it, then fall back in quickly and ride as a unit.
