MEASURING YOUR IMPROVEMENT

Great training starts with good data. Zwift Academy begins with a Baseline Ride to determine your starting fitness level. Give it your all to determine what type of cyclist you are and establish a baseline. The four-week program ends with a Finish Line Ride so we can quantify your progress. Download Zwift Companion to keep track of your gains throughout the program.

MEASURING YOUR IMPROVEMENT

Program Overview

The Academy program delivers a crash course in getting faster, stronger, and training smarter. Six structured workouts pinpoint specific energy systems and educate you along the way. Baseline and Finish Line rides that bookend your training journey measure your progress.
